You train your own AI, which is then capable of reading the invoice and assigning the appropriate individuals for approval.
A mere timestamp is not sufficient. Before the invoice is uploaded to the application, anyone can manipulate it. Digitoo ensures an audit trail from the moment the document is received from the counterparty, throughout the entire invoice approval process, up to its accounting in the system. This audit trail allows for clear documentation of who interacted with the invoice.
In Digitoo, you can see who last worked with the document. In the case of invoices sent by email, we keep track of the original email, so you can see who sent the invoice and when it was received. You can activate the feature to display the audit trail, which allows you to view the complete history of working with the invoice. This helps to clearly demonstrate who interacted with the invoice - from the moment the document was received from the counterparty, during the approval and processing of the invoice, up to its accounting in the system. At the moment, Digitoo is optimized for use on both computers and tablets. If you want to work with Digitoo on a tablet, simply rotate your screen to landscape mode. We also have a mobile app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, which allows you to send invoices or receipts directly to Digitoo. You can also use it to approve invoices.
At the moment, we are working on direct integrations with Fio Bank and Raiffeisenbank (available in 2024). However you already have the option to pay your invoices through a bulk bank transfer or by using generated QR codes. You can simply mark the invoices you want to pay and then choose the option to generate a bulk payment order, which you can easily upload to your online banking. Alternatively, you can generate QR codes to make bulk payments directly from your mobile banking.
