Our story

2023
Throughout the year 2023, we focused on improving our product with our customers. We collected feedback and made enhancements to enhance their experience. As a result, we achieved reading accuracy of over 90%. In response to their needs, we also developed Automatic Accounting using AI, a simple multi-level approval system powered by AI, and a mobile application, which we will launch in November. We successfully acquired over 3,000 users and welcomed new faces on board.
2022
In October 2022, we launched the Digitoo application, conducting initial testing with clients. We gained our first 650 users without any marketing efforts.
2021
Digitoo is positioned as a tool that automates the end-to-end process of incoming documents. It leverages existing integrations and has developed its own engine for invoice reading. New investors have come on board: Kaya, Datasentics, N1, contributing a total of 1.3 million EUR.
2020
We secured an angel investment from Machine Learning Investment - 400,000 EUR.
2019
In September 2019, Digitoo was founded. It positions itself as an integration partner, connecting third-party entities to automate the entire process of incoming documents.

Who stands behind us

Digitoo is backed by the investment fund Kaya (Enern), one of the top funds in Central Europe, with companies like Rohlik.cz, Docplanner, Footshop in its portfolio. The fund has successfully sold Slevomat and Damejidlo. Together with a machine learning investor and Nation 1, a total investment of 2.5 million euros has been made into Digitoo.
