You can inform your suppliers to send invoices in electronic format to the specified email, or you can forward them after receiving them in your work email. If your employees provide receipts for expenses like fuel or store purchases, just instruct them to scan or take a photo with their mobile phones and send it to the Digitoo email. The tool can handle not only invoices but also scanned receipts.

The system reads and prepares invoices for accounting upon upload

Immediately after uploading, Digitoo reads and categorizes invoices and preparing them for accounting. Managers don't have to waste time on calls and emails about missing documents, which they would then have to track down. Everything is available in one place, where invoices can be reviewed and approved with a single click. Accountants can be confident that they won't have to chase after documents, they will find them ready in the tool. After manager approval, all that's left is to review and account for them with a single click.
